Hyundai LNG Shipping Holds Simultaneous Naming Ceremony for Three New LPG Carriers, to be entered into Service Sequentially in January, February, and March 2023

On December 22, Hyundai LNG Shipping held a simultaneous naming ceremony for three 86,000m3 very large LPG carriers (VLGCs) at Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries in Yeongam, Jeollanam-do. They were named HLS Blue Sapphire, HLS Citrine, and HLS Diamond.
They will be delivered in January, February, and March 2023, and will be put into long-term contracts with leading LPG distributors in Korea and serve around the world.
Hyundai LNG Shipping will operate a total of four VLGCs including these three vessels, and if include the two VLGCs currently under construction (scheduled for delivery in June and September 2023), it will operate a total of six VLGCs and establish a stable foundation for business expansion.
